Description of the problem	Dtc 1208 code appears. Due to positioning of timing chain relative to crankshaft. Engine m272 caused by worn sprocket on the balance shaft of engine. Mercedes has repair kit available but has modified this problem on newer vehicles. This is a common occurrence on this engine, and should be part of a national recall compaign.
